Privacy Policy

Kapture Shots is an iPhone app published by ServiceAi HQ LLC ("ServiceAi", "we", "us"). ServiceAi does not collect any data from this app. Your screenshots are read, sorted and summarized on your iPhone, and nothing is sent to us.

1What the app does

Kapture Shots finds the screenshots in your photo library, reads the text in them with Apple's on-device Vision framework, sorts them into categories, and gives you one daily digest so you can keep or delete them. You can search your screenshots by the text they contain.

2Data we collect

None. Kapture Shots has no account and no sign-in and does not connect to any ServiceAi server. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party software development kit that receives your data. We do not sell, share or receive any information from the app. On the App Store this appears as Data Not Collected.

3Where your information stays

  • Screenshots stay in your Photos library. Kapture reads them there and does not copy them to any server.
  • Extracted text, categories and summaries are created on your iPhone and stored in the app's local database on your iPhone.
  • Background processing. iOS may let Kapture process new screenshots in the background. That work also happens on your iPhone.

4Permissions

  • Photos, used to find and read your screenshots, and to delete the ones you choose to delete. iOS asks you to confirm every deletion.
  • Notifications, optional, used only for the local daily-digest reminder. It is scheduled on your iPhone; no push service is involved.

You can change both at any time in the iOS Settings app.

5Purchases

Kapture Pro is a one-time In-App Purchase processed by Apple. Apple handles payment; we do not receive your payment details or Apple Account. Purchase records are managed by Apple under its own privacy policy.

6Retention and deletion

The app's data stays on your iPhone until you delete it. Deleting a screenshot in Kapture deletes it from your Photos library after iOS asks you to confirm, and iOS keeps it in Recently Deleted for 30 days. Deleting the app removes its local database. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

7Children

Kapture Shots is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8This website

kapture.fun sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the pages.

9Changes to this policy

If the app's handling of information changes, we will update this page with a new effective date before the change takes effect.
